(WHTM)– Three Pennsylvania men were charged in connection with a string of summer carjackings in Philadelphia.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Rasheen Harvey-Fields, 18, Tavon Fry, 20, and Saair Steele, 21, all of Philadelphia, were charged with conspiring to commit, and committing, multiple carjackings and related firearms charges.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office said that from June 25, 2025, to July 11, 2025, the three suspects allegedly conspired with others to steal multiple vehicles at gunpoint and used vehicles they stole to commit other crimes, including robbery, aggravated assault, and more carjackings.
The suspects also allegedly sometimes mislead their victims by saying they were buying or selling marijuana, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
The suspects allegedly committed 11 carjackings across the Philadelphia area, per the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
The Philadelphia Police Department investigated the case.
