Lackawanna County Commissioner Bill Gaughan recently proclaimed Nov. 29 Nutcracker Day in celebration of Ballet Theatre of Scranton’s 50th anniversary of their gift to the community, “The Nutcracker.” Performances are Friday, Saturday and Sunday, noon and 5:30 p.m. each day at the Theater at North.
