Six Lehigh Valley were cited last month by the state Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for alleged liquor law violations.
Licensees will have a chance to defend themselves against the citations before an administrative law judge, who may impose fines between $50 to $1,000 for minor violations, or up to $5,000 for more serious offenses. The judge may also suspend or revoke business licenses or mandate training.
The following businesses were cited:
Lehigh County
Chicago Restaurant and Nightlife, Allentown:Â Allegedly used a loudspeaker or similar device that could be heard the property line and allegedly sold alcohol May 1 through 5 and 8 through 11, when their license expired or was held in safekeeping.
Copperhead Grille, Bethlehem:Â Allegedly failed to have an alcohol service person complete required training within six months of being hired between Sept. 11, 2024 and Sept. 7, 2025; and allegedly failed to have an alcohol service person complete required training within the past two years.
Ringer’s Roost, Allentown: Allegedly had insufficient bedrooms available or maintained for guest use, in violation of liquor code. The establishment has a hotel liquor license, according to state records.
Stone Cellar Farm & Vineyard, Center Valley:Â Allegedly unlawfully possessed or transported liquor or alcohol within the state which was not purchased from the control board or an authorized license between April 9 and Sept. 9; and allegedly sold or offered alcoholic beverages not produced by a Pennsylvania licensed manufacturer between April and September.
Catholic Veterans Home Association, Emmaus:Â Allegedly failed to adhere to constitution or bylaws between Sept. 24, 2024 and Sept. 25, 2025.
Northampton County
Mach’s Gute Pub & Grille, Bethlehem: Allegedly failed to have board-approved manager take necessary training within 180 days of approval between Aug. 14 and Sept. 16.
