“We’re beyond excited to open our doors in the Lehigh Valley,” said Stephanie Rath, CEO of Barley Creek Brewing Company, in a news release.

“Our team has worked hard to create a space that brings the spirit of Barley Creek to a brand-new community — just in time for the holidays. Great food, great beer, and great people — that’s what we’re all about.”

The new 3,119-square-foot taproom, operating between Melt and Kome, brings Barley Creek’s award-winning craft beer, small-batch distillery products, scratch-made food and signature hospitality to the Lehigh Valley.

Barley Creek Taproom Saucon features a full restaurant and bar, with guest favorites including wood-fired pizzas, burgers, appetizers and hearty pub fare.

The new taproom continues Barley Creek’s tradition of creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for locals and visitors alike.

Guests can enjoy table service in a modern, welcoming atmosphere, complete with a full bar featuring 100% Pennsylvania-made products — including Barley Creek’s craft beers on draft, canned cocktails, local wines and signature drinks.

Big-screen TVs are situated throughout the space.

“From our very first pint in the Poconos to this new taproom in Saucon, our goal has always been the same: to make people happy with good beer, good food, and good times,” founder and owner Trip Ruvane added. “We can’t wait to share that experience with the Lehigh Valley.”

Established in 1995 by Eileen and Trip Ruvane, Barley Creek Brewing Company is known for its warm, welcoming atmosphere and exceptional food and drinks.

Barley Creek serves handcrafted, award-winning ales and lagers brewed on-site, alongside small-batch spirits — including vodka, whiskey, rum, moonshine and gin — crafted in its on-site distillery.

In addition to its original restaurant in Tannersville, Barley Creek also offers seasonal outdoor dining at its Pint Size Park & Biergarten and S’mores Trailside Dining experiences; another taproom at the Pocono Premium Outlets; and food and catering through the 1818 Deli, BBQ & Catering Company in Tannersville.
