Two families on Erie’s eastside are feeling right at home after months of hard work.

The dedication of the 79th and 80th homes built by the Greater Erie Area Habitat for Humanity organization in Erie welcomed the Copeland and Brown families.

Each family had to work on the homes they would be living in and put in at least 300 hours.

But they surpassed that, working alongside volunteers to get to Thursday, receiving the keys to their new castle.
