WYOMISSING, Pa.- Black Friday is back and so are the shoppers in Berks County.

At the Berkshire Mall in Wyomissing, people spent the morning hunting for clothes, shoes, and Christmas gifts.

“Black Friday shopping… looking for hoodies and sweatpants,” said shopper Samaj Roberts.

Some shoppers say Black Friday is a tradition — even if the crowds look different from years past.

“I just go see what sales they got… shoes, clothes… anything,” said Kam Moyer, who comes out every year.

The National Retail Federation estimates 130 million people are expected to shop today — the largest Black Friday turnout on record. That includes families finishing their lists here in Berks.

“We did a lot of online shopping… and we’re finishing it up today,” said Courtney Ansel.

Her husband, Myles, says the rush isn’t what it used to be.

“Before kids, we used to go out in the middle of the night… but it didn’t seem too busy this morning, which was kind of nice,” he said.
