This December, fragrance lovers and curious newcomers are invited to explore the rich, luxurious world of winter scents as Find Your Scent: Perfumology 101 Winter Edition returns for a special seasonal session. Held on Tuesday, December 9, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Perfumology (25 N. 3rd Street, Old City), this interactive workshop will help guests discover their personal cold-weather fragrance profile while offering expert tips just in time for holiday shopping.

Curated and hosted by Jay the Gentleman, with fragrance expert and Perfumology owner Nir Guy, the workshop breaks down the basics of boutique perfumery and introduces attendees to the vibrant world of niche, unisex fragrances. Unlike scent-making classes, this workshop focuses on education, guided exploration, and sampling—perfect for beginners and fragrance enthusiasts alike.

Building on the success of the summer series, the Winter Edition focuses specifically on unisex fragrances ideal for the colder months. Guests will learn how notes perform differently in winter weather, how to select a signature scent for the season, and how niche brands approach fragrance composition.

A special highlight of this edition is the Holiday Shopping Guide, a curated breakdown designed to help attendees choose the perfect fragrance gifts for loved ones. With the holidays approaching, the workshop offers a unique opportunity to “try before you buy” and understand what makes a fragrance memorable and meaningful.
