Water main break could affect homes, businesses in Upper Saucon Twp. | Southern Lehigh County

U. SAUCON TWP., Pa. – A water main break in Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County could have impacts on area residents and businesses.

Upper Saucon Township Public Works is responding to a water main break in the area of Camp Meeting and East Valley Road, according to a Facebook post from the township.

The township says residents and businesses in the affected area may experience:

Low water pressure

Temporary loss of water service

Discolored water once service is restored

In the Facebook post, the township said crews are on-site and working to complete repairs as quickly and safely as possible.

The township said an update will be provided once more information is available or when water service is restored.

People are being asked to avoid the area to allow crews room to work.
