The Erie County District Attorney’s Office is requesting public assistance in an ongoing investigation involving alleged home improvement fraud. Authorities are seeking individuals who may have paid Mark Anthony or Mark Anthony Concrete, Inc. for concrete installation or similar construction services that were never completed.
Victims are urged to contact the DA’s Office directly and speak with County Detective Todd Manges at 814-451-6414. Detective Manges will guide victims through the process of filing a police report with their local law enforcement agency. Area police departments and the Pennsylvania State Police have assigned investigators to respond to complaints.
Officials ask that citizens avoid filing Private Criminal Complaints through local Magisterial District Judges unless a police report has already been made or you are certain of the filing process. Instead, contact the DA’s Office for assistance.
