POLK TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WOLF) — A 19-year-old man has been charged with multiple felonies related to child pornography following an investigation by the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation’s Computer Crime Task Force.

The investigation began after authorities conducted a proactive probe into the dissemination of child pornography on file-sharing networks.

On May 16, a search warrant was executed at Graydon Henry Hoffner’s residence in Polk Township in Monroe County, where a forensic examination of seized electronics was conducted.

Hoffner was arraigned Monday on charges including sexual abuse of children through possession and dissemination of child pornography, as well as criminal use of a communication facility.

His bail was set at $5,000 unsecured. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 8.
