TAMPA, Fla. — The Pittsburgh Penguins injury news seemed to be good news Wednesday after practice. The Penguins general manager added some bad news Wednesday night.
On his team-hosted radio show, Dubas indicated the rosy implications of Noel Acciari and Justin Brazeau traveling with the team might have been misinterpreted.
According to Dubas, the timeline for both players is 7-10 more days.
However, the worst news from Dubas’s radio show was that top-line winger Rickard Rakell will be out three to four more weeks.
The Penguins arrived in Tampa Wednesday afternoon in advance of their matchup against the Tampa Bay Lightning at the e newly renamed Benchmark International Arena.
