SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police are seeking information regarding the owners of a dog found in a dumpster.
The Scranton Police Department say they found a chihuahua in a trash dumpster on the 500 block of North St. Francis Cabrini Avenue on Saturday.

Those involved are wanted for questioning.
