Incident happened outside of the building on Pittsburgh’s South Side
BOROUGH, CARLOS FLORES, PITTSBURGH’S ACTION NEWS FOUR. ALL RIGHT, CARLOS NEW THIS MORNING A MAN IS IN CUSTODY ACCUSED OF THREATENING TO SCALE THE FENCE RIGHT OUTSIDE OF PITTSBURGH’S FBI FIELD OFFICE, ACCORDING TO COURT DOCUMENTS. DYLAN FARMER WAS FOUND OUTSIDE THE FENCE YESTERDAY AFTERNOON. INITIALLY, POLICE BELIEVED HE HAD BROKEN INTO THE BUILDING, BUT EVENTUALLY DISCOVERED HE ONLY THREATENED TO CLIMB THE FENCE AROUND THE BUILDING. A man was arraigned early Monday morning after he was accused of threatening to scale the fence outside of Pittsburgh’s FBI Field Office on the city’s South Side.Police said Dylan Farer, 41, was found outside of the fence on Sunday afternoon.Police said when they tried to arrest him, he resisted and kicked an officer in the nose.He is charged with resisting arrest and aggravated assault.Farer is scheduled to have a preliminary hearing on Dec. 16.

A man was arraigned early Monday morning after he was accused of threatening to scale the fence outside of Pittsburgh’s FBI Field Office on the city’s South Side.
Police said Dylan Farer, 41, was found outside of the fence on Sunday afternoon.
Police said when they tried to arrest him, he resisted and kicked an officer in the nose.
