Pennsylvania State Police say at least one person has died following a collision along the Vine Street Expressway on Monday morning.
It happened just before 10 a.m. in the eastbound lanes just past the Broad Street exit.
That part of the roadway was briefly closed for the investigation, but has since reopened.
There’s no word yet on what caused the crash.
