The department partners with Boscov’s to provide 20 Exeter School District students with a gift card to shop with a firefighter. The students shop for their family and themselves at Boscov’s East to help make their holiday brighter.

NorthStar United Methodist Church members along with state Sen. Judy Schwank and Rep. Mark Gillen joined the group, which featured an appearance by Santa himself.
Chief Christopher Jordan said he doesn’t have to twist arms to get members to participate.
“They look forward to it every year,” he said.
After the event, crews enjoyed a meal at Exeter Family Restaurant.
