ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Vice President JD Vance is expected to visit the Lehigh Valley next week, the Associated Press says.

The vice president is expected to give a speech in the Allentown area in the vein of Trump’s remarks Tuesday night to focus on the economy and assure voters that the administration is working to address inflation, according to his office.

Vance’s visit will come after President Donald Trump talked about the economy and inflation during a stop at Mount Airy Casino Resort in Monroe County.

Trump spoke for about an hour and a half in front of a crowd of around 1,000 people.

The president spoke about what he says is an inflation crisis inherited by the Biden administration. Trump talked about several things that he says are driving prices down, one of those being tariffs.
