The community is scheduled to welcome its first residents in spring of 2026.
Larken Associates, a leading full-service commercial and residential real estate firm, announces it has begun pre-leasing at Trailside Village, a brand-new mixed-use Larken Living community with 420 residential units, located at 200 Trailside Drive in Forks Township, Pennsylvania.
Trailside Village will feature a mix of one- and two-bedroom garage and garden-style apartments, each thoughtfully designed to deliver a modern, comfortable living experience. The community’s resort-style amenities will include a clubhouse with an outdoor heated pool, fitness center, game room, work pod room, and lounge. Additional outdoor amenities such as a tot lot, bark park, and community walking trail will provide spaces for recreation and relaxation.
Trailside Village will also offer 25,000 square feet of on-site retail, office, and medical space. Additionally, the community’s strategic location provides convenient access to nearby restaurants, shops, and entertainment.
