A portion of a busy road in Allegheny County has reopened hours following a crash Wednesday evening. PennDOT officials first told Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 that Washington Pike (Rt. 50) is closed in both directions between Thoms Run Road and the I-79 interchange in Collier Township. As of 6 p.m., officials said the crash has been cleared and that drivers could expect delays. A portion of a busy road in Allegheny County has reopened hours following a crash Wednesday evening.

PennDOT officials first told Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 that Washington Pike (Rt. 50) is closed in both directions between Thoms Run Road and the I-79 interchange in Collier Township.

As of 6 p.m., officials said the crash has been cleared and that drivers could expect delays.
