A man who officials said fled to El Salvador after being charged with sexually assaulting three girls in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, has been arrested and extradited back to the United States to face charges.
Noel Angel Yanes, 45, of Warminster Township, was arrested in El Salvador on January 8, 2025, and extradited to the United States on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Officials said Yanes initially fled the country after charges were filed in February 2024.
Officials said Yanes is charged with seven counts each of rape of a child, statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, unlawful contact with a minor and indecent assault. He is also charged with an additional two counts each of unlawful contact with a minor and indecent assault, and three counts of corruption of minors.
According to officials, an investigation into Yanes began after Warminster Police received several reports that Yanes had sexually assaulted three girls. One victim shared that Yanes raped her several times, starting when she was 5 years old and continuing until she was 11 years old.
A second victim said Yanes had sex sexually assaulted her on at least three occasions, when she was between the ages of four and six, officials said. A third victim was eight years old at the time of the alleged assault.
