Firefighters respond to building fire in South Philadelphia – NBC10 Philadelphia

Firefighters responded to a fire at a building in South Philadelphia overnight.

Officials said crews were called out around 2 a.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2025, to a building on Snyder Avenue and South 8th Street.

According to a sign outside, the building houses the Greater Philadelphia Community Alliance.

Officials said crews had things under control in less than 30 minutes. At this time, it is unclear if there was any damage to the building.

No injuries were reported.
