Holiday light attraction to reopen after multiple displays destroyed in Allentown

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) — A popular holiday lights display in Allentown will re-open to pedestrians on Monday night.

This comes after police say vandals caused more than $100,000 in damage to “Lights in the Parkway.”

Mayor Matthew Tuerk says the vandals destroyed multiple beloved displays on Saturday night.

Police are still searching for whoever caused the damage.

There will now have an increased police presence at the display going forward.
