The funeral procession for Philadelphia Highway Patrol Officer Andy Chan arrived at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul in Logan Square early Tuesday morning. A public viewing is scheduled from 8-11 a.m., followed by Chan’s funeral service.
