The past presidents and executive board of the Scranton Women Teachers’ Club recently held a bylaw meeting to review and revise the organization’s bylaws and traditions. The purpose of the meeting was to ensure that the organization’s guiding documents and practices reflect the current times while preserving the club’s rich legacy. The Scranton Women Teachers’ Club remains active in the community through its scholarship program for Scranton School District students and charitable donations to organizations in need.
