Both Landon Dickerson (calf/rest) and Fred Johnson (ankle) returned to practice on Thursday after missing Wednesday and are good to go against the Commanders on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Lane Johnson (foot) and Jalen Carter (shoulders) have been ruled out.
Here’s the final injury update of the week:
Out: RT Lane Johnson (foot), DT Jalen Carter (shoulders)
Questionable: FB Cam Latu (stinger), OT Cameron Williams (shoulder)
Dickerson has been dealing with that calf injury for a couple weeks and the team has been working to help him manage it throughout the week. He was held out for a day of a practice last week too and was still able to play. Dickerson has battled several different injuries all season.
Fred Johnson’s ankle injury isn’t going to keep him out either. He’s expected to get his fifth consecutive start at right tackle against the Commanders in place of Lane Johnson.
Lane Johnson (foot) and Jalen Carter (shoulders) missed the entire week of practice before being ruled out. This will be Johnson’s fifth missed game in a row and Carter’s third. The Eagles are still expecting both of them to return this season for the playoff run.
The only limited participant at Wednesday’s practice — FB Cameron Latu (stinger) — was back on the field Thursday. He’s questionable for the game.
All of the full participants from Wednesday — RB Saquon Barkley (stinger), LB Zack Baun (hand), OLB Jaelan Phillips (knee), RB Tank Bigsby (illness) and OT Cameron Williams (shoulder) — were practicing again to close out the week and are good to go.
