Patricia Ann Oravec
OBITUARY
Patricia Ann Oravec, 85, formerly of Bethlehem and most recently of Hellertown, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at her home in the Borough of Hellertown, Northampton County.
Born in Bethlehem on December 10, 1940, Patricia was the daughter of the late Stephen J. and Mary H. (Polenchar) Oravec. She was a graduate of local schools and dedicated much of her working life to the Bethlehem Steel Medical Center, where she was employed as an Administrative Assistant for 17 years.
Patricia was a member of Incarnation of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church, Bethlehem. She was known for her kindness, devotion to family, and her deep love for animals, especially her cherished canine companion, Charlie.
She is survived by her children: Robert K. Coyle Jr. of Hellertown, David S. Coyle of Hellertown, and William T. Bickert of Durham, North Carolina; her grandson, Jacob D. Coyle; and her beloved dog, Charlie. Patricia was predeceased by her brother, Richard Oravec.
Family and friends are invited to call from 10 – 11 a.m. on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 326 Main Street, Hellertown followed by a service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem. A funeral repast will be held at the Carriage House at Heintzelmans immediately following the graveside service.
