Reading’s final downtown First Friday Block Party of 2025 celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month. The festivities take place Friday from 5 to 9 p.m. in the 600 block of Penn Street.

Activities include music, dance performances, local vendors, a domino tournament, bull riding, a bouncy slide, Hispanic Heritage Month giveaways and more.

Participating vendors include Rosanna’s Choice Cafe & More, Los Canaleros 507, Fabulous Cake Factory, Little Dreamers Shop, Hangry Joes Food Truck, LRC Crochet, HUMANA, Sugary Jayy Sweets & Treats LLC, What’SUP Berks County, Unitas Domus, El Sanwichon Food Truck, As She Rose Candles, Dee Fashion, Que Rico Latin Dance Company, Pixels In Print, K&G Customs, Nemesis Fitness, Casa W. Distillery, Shucos de Juanitas and the Reading Area Water Authority.

Free parking is available in the Judy’s on Cherry lot at 341 Cherry St. and the Chiarelli Plaza garage at Third and Washington streets.
