State Representative Bob Merski has announced that he will be hosting an open house from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Monday Dec. 22.
The open house will be held at his district office at 3921 Buffalo Road. Light refreshments will be served at the event.
Merski stated that residents will be able to meet with his dedicated staff to learn more about the state programs and services that could be made available to them. These include the Property Tax/Rent Program, home heating assistance, and PACE/PACENET, which is Pennsylvania’s prescription assistance program.
“Events like the Holiday Open House give us a chance to connect with residents in a relaxed setting, hear their priorities, and plan for the year ahead,” Merski said. “My experienced staff will be on hand to help with state matters people may have postponed, such as submitting a property tax or rent rebate application before the Dec. 31 deadline.”
