The Berks County sheriff’s department is seeking the following fugitives:
John Lugo
• John Lugo, 31, whose last known address was in the 1000 block of Douglass Street, Reading, is wanted on aggravated indecent assault without consent and simple assault and on a Berks County adult probation warrant.
Police said that on Dec. 10 he woke up the victim and sexually assaulted her in her bed. He struck the victim in the face and attempted to bite her in the face. The victim pushed Lugo off of her, and he ran away.
Lugo is described as 5 feet 8 inches and 165 pounds.
Ernest Kraemer
• Ernest Kraemer, 47, whose last known address was in the 200 block of South Park Avenue, Audubon, Montgomery County, is wanted on felony theft by deception charges.
On Sept. 5 Douglass Township police received a complaint regarding a scam/fraud. The victim accepted a written quote for Kraemer to do work on her property for $77,300. A payment was made, and construction began. After a month Kraemer ceased work without explanation or further communication. Charges were filed Nov. 17.
Kraemer is described as 5 feet 3 and 170 pounds.
