Donald “Chop” Robert Gibson, age 85, of Scranton, IA, passed away on Friday, December 19, 2025 at St. Anthony Regional Hospital in Carroll surrounded by his family.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, December 27, 2025 at the Scranton Community Center in Scranton, IA. Burial will be in the Scranton Township Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the Scranton Community Building from 5 – 7 P.M. on Friday evening. Additional visitation will be held at the Scranton Community Building from 9:30 – 10:15 A.M. on Saturday prior to the service.
