On Friday evening Israeli forces abducted at least five Palestinian young men in Nablus and Hebron, in the northern and southern parts of the West Bank. The army assaulted a young man at a military roadblock and injured others near Bethlehem, in the southern occupied West Bank.
WAFA correspondent reported that occupation forces invaded the town of Al-Khader, southwest of Bethlehem, storming the Al-Bawaba, Al-Nashash, Al-Yamama, Al-Balou, and Al-Balboul neighborhoods, and the Jerusalem-Hebron Street.
He added that soldiers fired tear gas canisters at citizens, causing a number of them to sustain inhalation injuries.
Media sources said that the army stormed the town of Beit Fajjar, southwest of Bethlehem, positioning units in the industrial zone east of the town; no protests or abductions were reported.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces detained and assaulted a Palestinian young man after stopping him at a military roadblock at the entrance to Al-Khader, southwest of Bethlehem.
WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli soldiers erected a flying military roadblock at the eastern entrance to Al-Khader, detained a young man and brutally assaulted him.
He added that occupation forces obstructed the movement of citizens in the area, stopping and searching their vehicles and inspecting their ID cards.
Furthermore, Israeli forces abducted three Palestinian in the Hebron governorate on Friday evening, after invading and ransacking their homes.
WAFA correspondent reported that soldiers abducted Talat Aziz Issa, after storming his home in the Al-Arroub refugee camp, north of Hebron, and 23-year-old Hamza Yasser Abu Shakhdam from his home in Hebron city.
He added that Israeli forces abducted the citizen, Ramadan Muhaisen while he was at his workplace with the municipality of Ath-Thahiriya town, southwest of Hebron.
Media sources reported that occupation forces invaded the Al-Taawun neighborhood in Nablus city, climbed on the rooftops of citizens’ homes, and abducted two unidentified young men.
