Cutler confirmed the decision on Monday, sharing a statement that says, “After much prayer and discussions with my family, I have decided to not seek endorsement or reelection for the Representative of the 100th House District.”
Cutler added, “It has been the honor of my lifetime to serve and give back to the community that has given so much to me.”
Cutler is in his eighth term representing Pennsylvania’s 100th State House District, which covers 16 boroughs and townships in Lancaster County. He was elected speaker in 2020 and served as minority leader for the 2023-24 session.
