The District 10 Committee released the new regional alignments for the 2026-27 and 2027-28 school years. The proposed regions will be up for approval at the District 10 Committee meeting on January 13, 2026.

Every two years, the PIAA has new cycles to adjust to changing enrollment numbers at high schools across the commonwealth.
Each classification is determined by the number of boys or girls enrolled at each school, not the total number that may try out or play a respective sport.
Below are the current cycle region breakdowns. The picture to the right is the proposed regions for the next cycle.
Any school classifications highlighted in blue indicate a change in classification from the previous cycle.
