RUSK COUNTY (WQOW) –Â A Pennsylvania man is once again facing charges of child sexual assault in Rusk County.
Daniel Hartman, 41, is accused of raping an eight-year-old more than 10 years ago. The victim, now in high school, told police Hartman assaulted her while living in Hawkins in 2015.
Charges were originally filed in June but were dismissed in September because the state felt it couldn’t meet its burden of proof.
