ALLENTOWN, Pa. — A man is facing charges for allegedly vandalizing a federal courthouse in Allentown.
U.S. Marshals in Philadelphia say it happened Monday around 6 p.m. at the Edward N. Cahn courthouse.
The U.S. Marshals Service shared photos showing smashed glass in a door.
Deon Gardner, 33, was found at the scene and was charged with vandalism and criminal mischief, authorities say.
Court records indicate he is being held on $10,000 bail.
Marshals say he could be federally prosecuted.
