UPDATE: 1 person dead in Kutztown shooting, police chief says | Northern Berks County

KUTZTOWN, Pa. – Police were on the scene of a fatal shooting in Kutztown, Berks County, Tuesday night.

Emergency responders rushed to the scene shortly after 8:30 p.m. in the 400 block of West Walnut Street.

Kutztown Police Chief Michael Clery told 69 News that someone was fatally shot in the residence. No other details have been released.
