Parts of the Lake Erie shoreline were covered in snow and ice on Wednesday, December 31, after a winter storm blew through the Great Lakes region.
Footage taken by Denis Kreze shows the chilly conditions at the lake’s Crystal Beach in Fort Erie, Ontario, on Wednesday morning. Kreze also captured footage of his foot, which broke through the ice and stepped into the water.
