Police in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, are searching for a woman after she allegedly struck a man with her vehicle following an argument.

The Upper Darby Police Department shared on social media that the incident happened in the parking lot of a business on West Chester Pike.

Police said the incident started as a verbal argument inside a vehicle, then a man got out of the car and began walking westbound on West Chester Pike.

That was when police said a woman, Destenee Green, then drove her vehicle onto the sidewalk, traveling the wrong way, and struck the man from behind.

Police said the man suffered injuries and is lucky to be alive.

“This is another reminder of how dangerous domestic violence can be,” the Upper Darby Police Department wrote.

Green fled the scene and is now wanted by police. Anyone who knows of her whereabouts is urged to contact the police at 610-734-7693.
