READING, Pa. – BARTA says route and schedule changes will take effect on Monday.
The agency approved the changes last year after holding public hearings and gathering feedback.
The changes include adding afternoon trips to Birdsboro during the week and extending service from East Penn Manufacturing to Kutztown University.
Changes are also coming to the Berkshire Mall route to improve on-time performance.
Adjustments are also being made to some trip times on Sundays.
