Officials say four people, including a medic, were hurt overnight when an ambulance was involved in a crash in Southwest Philadelphia, officials said.
According to police, four people were hospitalized after an ambulance was involved in a crash near the intersection of Lindbergh Boulevard and South 70th Street, in Southwest Philly, before 1 a.m.
Police did not immediately discuss the victims’ status after being taken to nearby hospitals, but said that all four suffered minor injures in the crash.
Also, officials did not immediately provide further information on the crash, how many vehicles were involved or how it occurred.
But, an investigation into the incident is underway, officials said.
