The Baltimore Ravens (8-8) and Pittsburgh Steelers (9-7) meet for Sunday Night Football in Week 18. Kickoff at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is scheduled for 8:20 p.m. ET (NBC / Peacock). Let’s analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s NFL odds around the Ravens vs. Steelers odds and make our expert NFL picks and predictions for the best bets.
The Ravens and Steelers meet for a winner-take-all battle for the AFC North title in the Steel City in Week 18. Pittsburgh picked up a 27-22 win as a 5.5-point underdog as the Over (44) cashed when the teams met in Week 14.
Baltimore rolled to a 41-24 win in Week 17 at the Green Bay Packers last Saturday, riding future Hall of Famer RB Derrick Henry to 216 rushing yards and 4 TDs, while WR Zay Flowers added a TD catch from QB Tyler Huntley. This week, QB Lamar Jackson (back) is expected to return to action after missing the past 2 games.
The Ravens have scored 24 or more points in 3 straight outings, and 22 or more points in 9 of the past 10 games, while allowing 26.0 points per game (PPG) in the past 2 games. Baltimore is 2-1 against the spread (ATS) in the past 3 outings, while the Over has cashed in 2 in a row, and 3 of the past 4 contests.
Baltimore’s WR Rashod Bateman (illness) and DL Taven Bryan (knee) were each downgraded from questionable to out on Saturday.
Pittsburgh suffered a 10-6 loss in Cleveland in Week 17, as the Steelers had no presence downfield in the passing game with WR DK Metcalf suspended for 2 games for his part in a fracas with a fan in Detroit in Week 16. No other receiver was able to step up to fill the void.
The loss to the Browns snapped a 3-game win and cover streak, and the Under result also halted a 3-0 Over run. The 6 points against the Browns also snapped a 3-game run with 27 or more points, averaging 28.0 PPG.

Ravens at Steelers picks and predictionsPrediction
Steelers 20, Ravens 18
The STEELERS (+175) are a solid value on their home field against the Ravens.
While, yes, the Ravens are expected to welcome back Jackson under center just in the nick of time, facing Pittsburgh on the road in a do-or-die game is huge.
Pittsburgh’s offense looked poor with Metcalf suspended for last week’s game, and he is out again this week. If the Steelers cannot get it done, Metcalf is going to be run out of town on a rail.
STEELERS +3.5 (-110) is a solid play catching the 3 and a hook, if you’re a little more on the conservative side, and you cannot bring yourself to take Pittsburgh straight up, even though it is at home.
Pittsburgh has won 5 of the past 7 meetings, while going 5-2 ATS in the span, while covering 7 of the past 10 installments since Dec. 5, 2021.
Baltimore is 2-1 ATS in the past 3 games, but just 2-5 ATS across the past 7 outings.
UNDER 40.5 (-105) is the lean in this AFC North title bout.
The Over has cashed in 2 in a row for the Ravens, while going 3-1 in the past 4 outings, including the 27-22 win by the Steelers in Baltimore in Week 14.
The Under cashed last week, halting a 3-game Over run. Pittsburgh’s offense really struggled without Metcalf, so that’s a concern. The defense stepped up, and they’ve allowed 18.5 PPG in the past 4 games.
