The annual Erie Visitor Guide has been the official destination and marketing organization for Erie County. The guide has been produced directly by VisitErie. The Vistor Guide has been a key source for any travelers coming to visit the city of Erie or those who are planning to visit.
The guide has now been organized by season highlighting curated articles, various photographs, and timely highlights. Featured in the guide is a “What’s New” segment that showcases seasonal food, local events, and inside tips to ensure a pleasurable visit within the region. Erie is highlighted as a four-season destination with countless opportunities for visitors year-round.
With 80 pages to explore, the guide has become a large promotional tool for VisitErie, allowing for marketing to directly highlight Erie County’s tourism assets but also to encourage and inspire travel opportunities to the only Great Lakes port city in Pennsylvania.

The guide has also been distributed at local AAA offices throughout Pennsylvania, New York, and Ohio. Several travel agencies and Pennsylvania interstate welcome centers also have copies of the guide available to any coming travelers.
