BETHLEHEM, Pa. – A pedestrian was struck by a car in Bethlehem Wednesday night.
It happened near North New Street and Union Boulevard, 911 dispatchers say, and the person was taken to a hospital.
Authorities say the call came in at 7:20 p.m.
Bethlehem Police Capt. William Audelo said it was determined that the vehicle traveling northbound had a green light when the male pedestrian entered the roadway.
The pedestrian appeared to have minor injuries but was taken to the hospital for treatment, Audelo said.
Audelo said the pedestrian was determined to be at fault and according to the report will be issued a citation.
