The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) and Presque Isle State Park Operations are currently accepting sealed bids for the opportunity to operate the concessions located at Presque Isle State Park.
The sealed bids for the Marina, Gas, and Refreshment Concession Operations need to be received at the Rachel Carson State Office Building located at 400 Market Street in Harrisburg Pennsylvania by 12 p.m. prevailing time on Jan. 14. The bids will be publicly opened and read.
The Department will post the results on its website when possible. The bid documents and all documents containing the proper information can be found at the Presque Isle State Park Office, which is located at the Tom Ridge Environmental Center, 301 Peninsula Drive in Erie Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
The Invitation to Bidders (“ITB”) and the Bid Form may also be obtained by downloading them from the Department’s Concession website.
The bids are a one-year agreement that has the option for an automatic one-year renewal contract with the bureau until Dec. 31, 2030.
