EASTON, Pa. – A new Northampton County business specializes in enhancing natural features with the highest level of precision, artistry and care.
INKlined, a premier destination for luxury permanent makeup and paramedical artistry, will host a grand opening and ribbon-cutting celebration in conjunction with the Easton Business Association at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, at the new studio, 252 Spring Garden St., Suite 2B, Easton.
Founded by Easton native Cheffie Melhem, INKlined offers a “serene, sophisticated setting where artistry, precision, and compassion meet,” according to a news release.

“With more than 14 years of experience, Cheffie provides a comprehensive range of permanent makeup and restorative paramedical services designed to enhance natural beauty and restore confidence,” the release states.
The studio’s specialties, thoughtfully tailored to create natural, timeless results that honor each client’s individuality, include:
Ombré brows, nano brows, hyper-realism brows and hybrid brows
Lip blush and eyeliner/lash enhancement
Li-FT® Saline Lightening Certified services, including lightening treatments and emergency pigment removal
Scar camouflage, areola restoration and scalp micropigmentation (SMP)
Melhem brings global training and expertise back to her hometown, having studied both internationally and in the United States.
As a Master PMU and Advanced Paramedical Artist, she blends technical mastery with an artist’s eye for detail, offering clients an elevated and deeply personalized experience.
For Melhem, opening INKlined in downtown Easton is more than a business milestone, it’s a homecoming.
“Easton is home,” she said in the release.
“I grew up on the same street where my business is now located. Even with all the growth and revitalization, the familiarity and sense of community remain. After living abroad in Abu Dhabi for 11 years, there’s comfort in knowing that somewhere nearby is someone I know.”
Following the ribbon cutting, guests are invited to an opening reception party featuring hors d’oeuvres, refreshments and complimentary gift bags.
