CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — An investigation into fraudulently sold vehicles has resulted in charges being filed against a Pennsylvania dealership and man, State Police announced Wednesday.
Charges were filed against 47-year-old David Echeverria, of Bedford County, and Mountain Boss Hoss Cycle, located in Somerset County, according to State Police at Carlisle.
Echeverria had multiple listings on Facebook Marketplace in which he was allegedly advertising vehicles for sale for Mountain Boss Hoss Cycle. However, Troopers said Echeverria was not a licensed salesperson for the dealership.
There were also advertisements of other vehicles for sale for other people, including in Cumberland County, where the charges were filed, State Police noted.
