Lehigh County District Judge Amy Zanelli is accused of misconduct by the Pennsylvania state Judicial Conduct Board.
The board announced formal charges against Zanelli Jan. 8. She is accused of having a “book of grudges” and a sexually explicit desk calendar in her office, as well as habitually using profanity, among other allegations.
The state Court of Judicial Discipline will hold a trial and decide if there is convincing evidence. If so, Zanelli could face sanctions including censure, suspension, fine or removal from office.
