Emergency officials confirm two victims were transported to the hospital, with one in critical condition.
“I was able to see two people laying down on the ground,” neighbor Quantazia David said.
The neighbor said she and other people on scene provided aid to a woman until an ambulance arrived.
“She couldn’t talk,” David said of the woman. “Her eyes were closed due to the trauma, so it was pretty severe.”
The investigation into the incident is ongoing. Police on scene could be seen collecting evidence off the road.
The Reading Police Department is asking anyone with information on the crash to contact them.
