State police at Tunkhannock seek information after someone entered a Lemon Twp. quarry and stole copper wiring, troopers said.

The suspects gained entry into Keller’s Quarry, 85 Space Road, between Oct. 9 and Dec. 22, and cut several pieces of copper wiring off the main crushing machine, troopers said. The insulated copper wire is valued at approximately $5,000, according to a state police news release.

The quarry was left inoperable following the incident, police said.
