Witnesses said a fight over a parking complaint happened before gunfire broke out in Pittsburgh’s Hazelwood neighborhood on Monday night.Pittsburgh Public Safety said it happened at around 10:15 p.m. on the 100 block of Tecumseh Street.Police said officers responding to a ShotSpotter alert found shell casings on the sidewalks, two homes that had been struck by bullets and a woman who had a gunshot wound to the leg.She was stable as she was taken to the hospital.As of early Tuesday morning, no arrests had been announced.
