Founder and owner Brianna Lubarsky established BBB, which stands for Bri Builds Bodies, in 2022 as a mobile operation, training clients at various Lehigh Valley area gyms.
Business has flourished, leading her to open a dedicated BBB facility, offering one-on-one personal training, group classes, customized programs, open gym access, nutrition guidance and more.
The Moore Township facility offers a private, safe and clean workout environment for women only – a feature that Lubarsky has seen a “big need” for in the Lehigh Valley.

“I’ve always been into fitness, and I’ve been a certified personal trainer since I was 19,” said Lubarsky, a 27-year-old Easton native.
“At public gyms, a lot of women don’t feel confident when they’re working out. They’re either unsure of the proper form for certain exercises and afraid of being embarrassed or they’re just uncomfortable working out around men because they’ve had previous negative experiences. In many cases, they’ve either felt judged by men, had men make fun of them or had men look at them in weird ways. So, we’ve created a place just for women where they can feel confident, supported and powerful.”
Lubarsky, a 2016 graduate of Easton Area High School, holds a bachelor of science degree in pre-medical biology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
She also started her master’s degree in biology, with a thesis in colon cancer research, before launching BBB.

Fitness has long played a central role in Lubarsky’s life, and family health struggles that arose a few years ago led her to also prioritize and learn more about wellness, including the importance of maintaining a healthy diet to live well and decrease cancer risks.
“Right before I started this business, my dad passed away,” Lubarsky said.
“He was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer, and that’s actually how I became obsessed with the wellness part of everything.”
BBB clients receive a customized meal plan that aligns with their health goals, and Lubarsky and her team provide support throughout their fitness journeys.
“Because I have a background in medicine and health care, I know how to create meal plans that can help people with diabetes, autoimmune issues and other health conditions,” Lubarsky said.

BBB Fitness + Fitness, occupying a renovated end unit in the Southmoore Plaza, offers one-on-one personal training, group classes, customized fitness programs, nutrition guidance and open gym access for individuals wishing to work out on their own.
The facility features brand-new cardio and strength training equipment, including top-of-the-line pieces from Life Fitness, Rogue and Booty Builder, along with a new locker room with showers and retail area showcasing activewear designed by Lubarsky.
A variety of membership options are available, with basic memberships starting at $65 per month, Lubarsky said.
The gym is open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

“I’ve talked to hundreds of women, and the number one reason they avoid the gym is always the same — ‘I don’t know what I’m doing,'” Lubarsky explained on BBB’s Facebook page.
“They’re afraid of being watched, doing something wrong, or having bad form. At BBB Fitness, we’re changing that. Every trainer on our team has completed months of intensive training before ever working with clients. Our certified coaches specialize in teaching proper form so you can finally feel confident, capable, and in control every time you walk into the gym.”
